Melissa Palmer, Au.D., CCC-A, is a compassionate and highly experienced audiologist who has been helping patients improve their hearing and quality of life since 1996. As the owner of her practice, she provides comprehensive hearing healthcare for children and adults, specializing in diagnostic hearing evaluations, tinnitus assessments, hearing aid fittings, and auditory processing evaluations.
Dr. Palmer is also proud to offer cochlear implant evaluations and works closely with industry employees and military veterans who have experienced noise-induced hearing loss. As a certified provider of Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT), she helps individuals manage and find relief from persistent ringing in the ears.
Known for her patient-centered approach, Dr. Palmer builds long-term relationships with her patients through compassionate care, thorough follow-up, and ongoing education. She is passionate about raising awareness of hearing health and regularly participates in community outreach events to promote early detection and prevention of hearing loss.
Beyond her local community, Dr. Palmer has extended her dedication to global hearing health through mission trips to Nicaragua from 2012 to 2019, where she provided hearing care and hearing aids to children and adults in need — supported by donations from her patients, friends, and family.
When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Palmer enjoys sailing, playing tennis, reading, and spending quality time with her family.
